Organization Admin. Manage users, assessments, messaging and results.
- Site Admin (New!). Manage proctors, reporters and examinees at a site. The Site Admin can administer organization level tests. View site level results. Site admin can be modified; however, the site admin will not view the examinees associated with historical site admin site. Site admin can only belong to one site.
- Reporter. Reporter views examinee data.
- Proctor. Administers and proctors tests. View examinee list and test results. The proctor can administer organization level tests and site admin tests. Proctor site can be modified; however, the proctor will not view the examinees associated with historical proctor site. Proctor can only belong to one site.
- Assignment Admin. Create assignments
- Reporter. Reporter views examinee data based upon attribute called ReportScope=Site Site=value

- Attributes narrow the access to users and associated data within the organization.
Use Case 1 . Proctor and Reporter both have the Site attribute called Miami Dade. The examinees imported also have the Site=Miami Dade. The proctor and reporter would only view user and associated data for Miami Dade examinees.
Use Case 2. Proctor and examinee have a Site attribute called Florida Keys Community College (Key West). Examinee site attribute updated to Broward College (Fort Lauderdale).
