Organization Admin. Manage users, assessments, messaging and results.
- Site Admin (New!). Manage site admins, proctors, reporters and examinees at a site. The The Site Admin can administer Organization level tests and view site examinee results. Site admin can be modified; however, the site admin will not view the examinees associated with historical site admin site. Site Site admin can only belong to one site. Site Admin can view the roster report with data for the site. Site Admin cannot view item analysis report.
- Proctor. Administers and proctors tests. View examinee list and test results. The The proctor can administer organization level tests and site admin tests. Proctor site can be modified; however, the proctor will not view the examinees associated with historical proctor site. Proctor can only belong to one site.
- Assignment Admin. Create assignments
- Reporter. Reporter views examinee data based upon upon attribute called ReportScope=Site Site=value. Reporter can view item analysis and roster report for examinee data associated with the site.

Attributes narrow the access to users and associated data within the organization.
Use Case 1. Proctor and Reporter both have the Site attribute called Florida Keys Community College (Key West). The examinees imported also have the Site= Florida Keys Community College (Key West). The proctor would view examinee list and associated data in the roster report for Florida Keys Community College (Key West examinees. The Reporter would view only examinee data (roster and item analysis)for Florida Keys Community College (Key West).
