1. Outlook Bi-Directional and Reverse Sync Enhancements  (Calendar Activity Creation) 

  • A new checkbox field in "Activity Operations" called "Sync to [Integrated Calendar Provider]" Where [Calendar Provider] is Outlook or Google Calendar. When "Sync to [Integrated Calendar Provider]" checkbox is selected, the event syncs back to the integrated calendar according to the user preferences.
  • A new field called 'Event Details' will populate the description or body of the activity. It will display the Text: 'Synced to [Calendar Provider]' where [Calendar Provider] is Outlook or Google. If reverse sync or bi-directional sync is not chosen, the new "Event Details" field or "Sync to [Calendar Provider]" field will not be displayed 
  • 'A new field called Notes' can be used for personal notes and will remain private, and will not be synced. 

2. Scheduled Email Blast Improvements  

  • You can now create an email draft activity available on the Campaign page
  • You can now create an email draft activity available on the Lead or Contact that links back to the campaign page for editing 
  • You can now allow editing in the campaign email draft up until 10 minutes prior to sending

When the time reaches 10 minutes (is this the timing limit we have set?)prior to draft sending when the user clicks edit, display the following message "Email can no longer be edited. The email is scheduled to go out at [Date/Time
