This article will assist you with manually provisioning your Aastra device for Vantage Unified services.

 

Contact Customer Care to receive your provisioning server settings before proceeding.

Step-by-step guide

Plug in the device and boot completely

  1. Press the Options button
  2. Scroll to Admin Menu, then press Select
  3. Enter 22222, then press Enter
  4. Select Cfg. Svr.
  5. Select Download Protocol
  6. Scroll to Use HTTP, then press Done
  7. Scroll to HTTP, then press Select
  8. Scroll to HTTP Server, then press Select
  9. Enter <URL Provided by Customer Care>, then press Done
  10. Scroll to HTTP Path, then press Select
  11. Enter <Path Provided by Customer Care>, then press Done
  12. Press Done
  13. Press Done
  14. Restart the Device
