This article will assist you with manually provisioning your Aastra phone for Vantage Unified services.

 

Contact Customer Care to receive your provisioning server settings before proceeding.

Step-by-step guide

Plug in the phone and boot completely

  1. Press the Options button
  2. Scroll to Admin Menu and Press Select
  3. Enter 22222 and Press Enter
  4. Select Cfg. Svr.
  5. Select Download Protocol
  6. Scroll to Use HTTP and Press Done
  7. Scroll and Select HTTP
  8. Scroll and Select HTTP Server
  9. Enter Provisioning Server Name provided by Customer Care and Press Done
  10. Scroll to HTTP Path and Press Select
  11. Enter Provisioning Server Path provided by Customer Care and Press Done
  12. Press Done
  13. Press Done
  14. Restart the phone
