Step-by-step guide
Plug in the device and phone and boot completely
- Press the Options button
- Scroll to Admin Menu, then press and Press Select
- Enter 22222, then press and Press Enter
- Select Cfg. Svr.
- Select Download Protocol
- Scroll to Use HTTP, then press and Press Done
- Scroll to HTTP,then press Selectand Select HTTP
- Scroll to and Select HTTP Server, then press Select
- Enter <URL Provided Provisioning Server Name provided by Customer Care>, then press Care and Press Done
- Scroll to HTTP Path, then press and Press SelectEnter
- <Path Provided Enter Provisioning Server Path provided by Customer Care>, then press Care and Press Done
- Press Done
- Press Done
- Restart the Devicethe phone
