What are Intelligent Agents?

Intelligent Agents Agents® is a service of iSEEK Supercruncher that enhances general reporting capabilities by proactively notifying users when specific conditions exist in their reports.  Agents and their conditions are configured by the owner of a Supercruncher report, and can be directed to send both email and phone messages.  For example, an Agent could be configured to call you by phone when a goal has been achieved, or when an indicator has dropped below an acceptable range.  They can also be used for regularly scheduled notifications, such as an end-of-month billing or usage summary.
