What are Intelligent Agents?
Intelligent Agents® is a service of iSEEK Supercruncher that enhances general reporting capabilities by proactively notifying users when specific conditions exist in their reports. Agents and their conditions are configured by the owner of a Supercruncher report, and can be directed to send both email and phone messages. For example, an Agent could be configured to call you by phone when a goal has been achieved, or when an indicator has dropped below an acceptable range. They can also be used for regularly scheduled notifications, such as an end-of-month billing or usage summary.
You can unsubscribe from notifications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in the email message, or by following the voice menu options when contacted by phone. The name or email address of the user who configured the Agent is specified in the notification message.
