Plug in the phone and boot completely
- Press the Options button
- Scroll to Admin Menu, then press Select
- Enter 22222, then press Enter
- Select Cfg. Svr.
- Select Download Protocol
- Scroll to Use HTTP, then press Done
- Scroll to HTTP,then press Select
- Scroll to HTTP Server, then press Select
- Enter <URL Provided by Customer Care>, then press Done
- Scroll to HTTP Path, then press Select
- Enter <Path Provided by Customer Care>, then press Done
- Press Done
- Press Done
- Restart the phone
