Plug in the device and boot completely

1. Press the Menu button
2. Scroll and Select Settings
3. Scroll and Select Advanced
4. Ensure the header of the display shows Password (1/Ascii)
   1. If not, press the 1/A/a button until the header shows Password (1/Ascii)
5. Enter 456 and Press Enter
6. Scroll and Select Admin Settings
7. Scroll and Select Network Configuration
8. Scroll and Select DHCP Menu
9. Scroll and Edit Boot Server
10. Using the Right or Left Arrow, Scroll to Static and Press Ok
11. Scroll and Edit BootSrv Type
12. Using the Right or Left Arrow, Scroll to String and Press Ok
13. Press Exit
14. Scroll and Select Server Menu
15. Scroll and Edit Server Type
16. Using the Right or Left Arrow, Scroll to HTTP and Press Ok
17. Scroll and Edit Server Address
18. Enter the Provisioning Server Settings provided by Customer Care and Press Ok
    1. Use the << or X key to delete a character
    2. Use the * key for "."
    3. Use the # key for "/"
19. Press Exit
20. Press Exit
21. Scroll and Select Save Config
22. The device will reboot
