- Support directed call pickup by someone else from the agent's phone extension XXXX by dialing *8XXXX
- Queue voicemail call to an agent includes the caller's phone number in the same manner as a regular queue call
- Migrate C3VCC PostgreSQL DB server (CentOS 5.7, PostgreSQL 9.1) to a new server (CentOS 6.6, PostgreSQL 9.4)
