- Support multiple call appearances in Polycom phones by allowing Admin to map multiple line keys to a single extension in Phone Configuration UI
- Support service-specific conference bridge dial-in number by allowing Admin to specify it in Service provisioning UI. User Web portal and billing incorporate the change.
- Make a new application Hunt Group Step Configuration that allows an assigned user (intended for Local Admin) to do Hunt Group step configuration from the convenience of user Web portal.
