After a user sets an activity to ‘Complete’, they have the option to schedule a Follow-Up Activity. This is a good way to connect activities with a Parent/Child relationship. Once the Follow-Up Activity is saved, the user can find the Parent Activity on the newly created Activity Page. There is no limit to how many Follow-Up Activities a user can create stemming from the original activity.
