In this video, the user will learn how to use the Duplicate feature to create new records. The duplicate feature is great for users who would like to create several records with only slight informational differences. For example, this is especially helpful in creating Child Accounts once a Parent Account is created. The Duplicate button can be found on any detail view of a record.
