• Change BLF/Watch Dial mapping for Polycom phones from Device to Extension

• Dev Team rebuilt phone config files, dialplan, and executed remote restart of all the affected phones.
• However a remote restart is not 100% fool-proof. Some phones may need to be restarted manually by customers. Please advise customers on this. 

• Bulk Provisioning improvement: Improper line end character caused by customers' csv file conversion error is ignored.
• Bug fix: Phones can be deleted irrespective of its status in Restart Queue.
