If you are a Vantage MAXVoice or MAXCustomerconnect Customer and need to configure your voice information in CRM to activate click to dial, please contact customercare@vantage.com to obtain your credentials.
To submit or edit your MAXvoice credentials for validation, select the 'My Preferences' tab located at the top of the application screen and scroll to the block labeled 'MAXvoice Information'. Fill out the fields accordingly, and select 'Save'. To check if your MAXvoice credentials have been validated, go to one sales modules 'Leads', 'Accounts' or 'Contacts'. A green phone icon will appear next to each phone field.
