Pending Filters
As an Admin, you can now approve or deny pending filters in the filter view. Simply select the filter that is pending and select the deny or approval button.
Delyte Updates:
A new Add to FAQ button can be found on the individual tickets page. You can now add tickets directly to the FAQ Page.
New Merge action functionality can be found on the individual tickets page. You can now merge tickets directly from the individual's tickets page.
New Change Status action functionality can be found on the individual tickets page. You can now change the status of tickets directly from the individual's tickets page.
