Managing Calendar and Activities
All activities can be found listed in the Calendar module. Users can create filters to see only specific activities or use the preset Upcoming and Overdue Filters. Users can set the Activity Status as ‘Complete’ directly from the list view by clicking the Action Slider.
Scheduling and Managing Follow-Up Activities
After a user sets an activity to ‘Complete’, they have the option to schedule a Follow-Up Activity. This is a good way to connect activities with a Parent/Child relationship. Once the Follow-Up Activity is saveds, the user can find the Parent Activity on the newly created Activity PageIn this space, users can find how to create and manage Activities, change the status of an Activity, relate Activities to Contacts and Accounts, and schedule Follow-Up Activities.
