To operate click to dial, simply select the green phone icon next to the phone number on any contact form within CRM. Depending on the phone device for which your validated VIP MAXvoice credentials are linked, this will cause your soft phone or desk phone to ring. Select 'Answer' on the softphone pop-up, or pick up your handset once when the phone starts ringing to place the call. Once the call is placed, and outgoing Call Pop will be generated for the user to take notes and save a call activity on the fly.
