If you are a Vantage MAXVoice or MAXCustomerconnectCustomer MAXCustomerconnect Customer and need to configure your voice information in CRM to activate click to dial, please contact customercare@vantage.com to obtain your credentials.
To submit or edit your VIP MAXvoice credentials for validation, select the 'My Preferences' tab located at the top of the application screen and scroll to the block labeled 'VIP MAXvoice Information'. Fill out the fields accordingly, and select 'Save'. To check if your VIP MAXvoice credentials have been validated, navigate go to one of the sales modules 'Leads', 'Accounts' or 'Contacts'. A green phone icon will appear next to each phone field.
