Import Templates - These templates list all standard fields in the application without custom fields and pick lists. On the first page tab of the template you will find available standard fields, on the second page tab you will find picklist values for the available picklists. Picklist values must be entered exactly as they appear in the application to be imported successfully into the application If you have customized your site by adding additional fields or editing field values within standard picklists the templates below will not provide all fields within your application. Fields that are highlighted in yellow are highly recommended to have completed upon import for complete records. To create your own import templates , start once you have customized your site with custom fields,  start by selecting the export button  on the intended module.  Available fields within records are included in the export.
