Creating a Calendar Activity [Video]
Activity Operation Feature
A new checkbox entitled “Sync to Integrated Calendar Provider” is now available. This checkbox is dynamic, meaning that if you select this checkbox it will sync the event back to the integrated calendar. The checkbox will differ depending on your integration. Note: the term "Integrated Calendar Provider" refers to either Outlook or Google Calendar. Whichever email provider you choose it will display. If the reverse or bi-directional sync option is not selected, the "Sync to [Calendar Provider] field” will not be displayed.
Notes
Maintain activity details using "Notes". You can use a private note to display details such as family relationships, team names, roles, etc. This information will not be synced and will remain private. Underneath notes, you will see “Private will not be synced”
Note: this is the same field as the current "Details" it has been renamed.
Event Details
Share the key terms of the event information here. This information will sync and populate the email description or body of the email invite. It will say “Synced to [Calendar Provider]” where [Calendar Provider] is Outlook or Google

You can integrate your email inbox directly into AMPED. This two-way sync allows you to send and receive emails and maintain email threads and messages with your leads and contacts all within AMPED. Integrating Your Calendar Email in AMPED
You can integrate your email calendar into AMPED. This two-way sync gives you the ability to automatically add calendar activities to either or both AMPED and your preferred email service provider calendar. By sending or receiving a calendar invitation, the events, associated leads, and contacts become synchronized in AMPED. You no longer need to enter calendar invites in two places for tracking. Create and invite contacts through your calendar and automatically track interactions and touchpoints with the customer for a deeper understanding of the number and types of touchpoints it takes to close a deal. -Read on below to learn how to integrate your calendar in AMPED
To connect your email, head to your User Preferences and find the “Email and Calendar Integration” block. You may connect your Gmail or Outlook account. Steps to connect to either email service can be found below.
